Debra Titus’s chihuahua, Moochie, was trapped in his owner’s submerged car in a lake in Carver, Massachusetts, after his owner accidentally drove it there! She was able to rescue Stitch, her other dog, but saving the chihuahua proved to be a difficult task!
He called the authorities for help, and they arrived immediately. David Harriman, a police officer, knew he had to act right away and jumped into the water to save the dog!
Thankfully, the brave officer was able to save the poor Chihuahua after opening the door! The dog was unconscious when they rescued him, but he woke up within moments! Thank you to the brave officer who saved Moochie from certain death!
